Gnomo ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Block Puzzle mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Block Puzzle collects limited, anonymous usage data to help us improve the app experience. This may include:

2. Advertising
This App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:

4. Data Storage
Game progress, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to any server and remains entirely under your control. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.
5. Data Retention
Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 26 months to help us understand long-term usage trends. Advertising data is managed by Google AdMob in accordance with their own retention policies.
6. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@gnomo.ar and we will promptly delete such information.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we ensure that ad requests are handled appropriately and no personal data is collected from underage users.
7. Your Consent
On first launch, you will be presented with a consent dialog for analytics and personalized advertising. You may decline, and the App will continue to function normally. You can change your preferences at any time in the App's settings.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information processed through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
